WHO TOOK WHAT ?
I
need three people (or ... 3 boxes) that I will call A, B and C, and 24 small
things like 24 dominos...
Prepare three things, for example a pen, a key and a pencil-sharpener.
A takes one domino, B takes two dominoes and C three dominoes. Are
you ready ?
I'll
guess what items EACH OF
YOU HAS.
Proceed
as follows : each of you has to take more dominoes,
whoever
has taken the pen takes one time what he/she already has (so his /her
number is multiplied by 2).
whoever
has taken the key takes four times what he/she already has (so his
/her number is multiplied by 5).
whoever
has taken the pencil-sharpener takes two times what he/she already
has (so his /her number is multiplied by 3).
